Ushering & Welcome
The Ushering & Welcome ministry ensures that every person attending any KenAus event is greeted in a manner that is reflective of Christ Jesus. Visitors and members are offered assistance so that everyone feels important and welcome. They also assist the members and visitors during the entire event to ensure that all their needs related to the use of amenities are met while also providing information and answers to questions that promote KenAus and its ministries

Transport, Parking & Security
This is a combined ministry that provides support to other KenAus ministries with all transportation needs including assistance with attending events, parking assistance, direction and parking lot security at all KenAus events and providing security at all events. Safety is very important to the well- being of the members and visitors to each KenAus event.

Venue Preparation and Park-Up
The venue preparation and park-up ministry exists to enhance and support other KenAus ministries by preparing the venue for KenAus events including main venue sitting arrangements, break-out rooms preparations as well as clean-up and park-up of the same after the completion of each event. The volunteers also assist in setting up and breaking down sound and visual equipment for worship services and other special KenAus events.

Communications & Media
The communications and media ministry strives to keep the community informed of recent and upcoming events in the life of KenAus Fellowship. They do this via various platforms including KenAus website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube etc. They ensure that these platforms are updated with the latest information, photos and videos that provide clarity and answers to any questions thus promoting KenAus and its ministries. They liaise with the sound & technical as well as the ushering teams to ensure that various KenAus promoting pamphlets are up to date and ready for distribution at KenAus events.

Emergency Response
Team serves as first responders with an emergent situation at all KenAus events. The volunteers in this team have current First Aid training and certification and are also trained in health and safety procedures.
